We invest in staff with lived experience in foster care. This investment has brought us a staff with lived experience as children in the foster care system, as former and current foster parents, and as adoptive parents. This starts at the top with Executive Director Amanda Boyd who, with husband Nick Boyd, has adopted 6 kids from foster care.
